At World Digital Imaging, we want to collaborate with you to visually communicate your company's brand. Need a business card, flyer, newsletter, poster, or other item printed but don't have a design? Let one of our graphic designers create it for you! Our graphic designers will work with you to develop a concept into a unique design, customized specifically for you!
The Design Process
Here's how our graphic design services work:
Step 1 - Gather Source Material
Prepare the text for your project, either written out or typed. Be sure to include your company name, contact name, phone number, address, email, and website, if applicable.
If you have specific images, photos, or logos to include, gather those. Our designers will need either hard copies to scan or (preferably) high-resolution digital versions. You may submit your images via email, our online order form, CD, or flash drive.
If you do not have any images, think about what type of images you'd like our designers to find for you. We can use clip art or stock photos that will fit your project.
Decide on colors you would like used in your design. If you have a sample of a specific color that needs to be used in the design, please bring us something to which we can match the color (like a fabric swatch or print out). We also have Pantone color books for you to select the color(s).
Step 2 - Contact Us
Contact us with your project details. We can take your order via email, phone (937-431-1982), our online order form, or in person at our store. Please be specific with details. The more we understand your purpose and vision for your final product, the better we will be able to create a design that you'll love!

Step 3 - Design Work
Once we have the details of your project, one of our graphic designers will create the design for you. They will create 2-3 different designs for you to choose from. Custom designs will be ready in three business days or sooner.
Once the designs are ready, we will either email you PDF proofs, or print hard-copy proofs for you to come in and view. In the case of hard-copy proofs, we will call to let you know the proofs are ready.
Step 4 - Proof Approval or Revisions
When you view your proofs, either via email or in person, you can either approve the proof(s) to be printed, or let us know if there are revisions you would like us to make. If revisions are needed, the designer will make the changes, then present you with a new proof(s). Further revisions can be made, until you are completely happy with your new custom design.
Step 5 - Printing
Once you have approved the proof(s), we will print your project. You will own the full copyright to your design. We will keep the design on file, so you can quickly and easily reorder the project in the future.
