Large Format Printing

Large format printing is another of our specialties. We have two HP large format color inkjet printers in house, as well as an Océ 9400 II black and white large format printer.

We can print your color poster, banner, sign, or other large format project up to 24 inches wide and 100 feet long! We can print black and white projects, such as blue prints and banners, up to 36 inches wide and 100 feet long.

Paper choices for our color large format prints are 24#/60# bright white matte or photo gloss. The matte paper is perfect for simple charts or graphic designs, while the shiny photo gloss paper will really make your project POP.

Large Format Print Pricing

24#/60# Bright White Matte Paper: $4.00 per square foot*

Photo Gloss Paper: $5.00 per square foot*

Pricing example:

A 2 foot wide x 3 foot long poster is 6 square feet.

6' x $4.00/sq. foot = $24.00 (matte paper)

OR 6' x $5.00/sq. foot = $30.00 (photo gloss paper)

Finishing Options

Our large format prints can be laminated and/or mounted onto foam board. Cardboard easels are available for stand-up displays.

Laminating: $2.00 per square foot*

Foam Board Mounting: $2.00 per square foot*

Laminating & Mounting: $4.00 per square foot*

Large Format File Formats

If you already have a large format project design, we prefer to print from the original design file, preferably in PDF format. Other formats we accept include: .jpg, .tiff, .psd (Adobe Photoshop), .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .indd (Adobe InDesign), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, and Microsoft Powerpoint. For large format printing, please supply us with the highest resolution images possible (300 dpi or higher is best). Please see our File Formats page for more information about image resolution.

We usually do not need to charge a set-up fee for large format printing.

Custom Large Format Design

Need our designers to create something special for you, such as a photo collage, signage, or party banner? Just provide us with the text and any photos or images you'd like included, and our graphic designers will do the rest!

If you do not have photos or images, but only a concept for your project, our graphic designers can create a unique and eye-catching design to suit your needs. To arrange a meeting with one of our designers, please call 937-431-1982, and ask for Natalie or Danielle.

Our graphic design service starts at $15 for 15 minutes.

How to Order

To place an order online for large format printing, please visit the Large Format Online Order page, which will allow you to specify the paper type and upload your large format project file(s). You can also email us your order and attach the files to the email.

If your file to be printed is very large, you may need to put it on a CD or flash drive. You can bring your CD or flash drive to our business, or mail it with your order specifications to:
