World Digital Imaging offers two standard sizes and three standard paper stocks for postcards, as follows:

Postcard File Set-up
If you are providing your own postcard design file for us, we prefer a PDF document. (See our File Formats page for more information).
5½" x 8½" postcards should be set 2-up per 8½" x 11 page.
4¼" x 5½" postcards should be set 4-up per 8½" x 11 page.
Please allow a 1/4" margin on all sides of each postcard for color jobs or a 3/8" margin on all sides for black and white postcards. (Please call for specifications for a full-bleed postcard.)
We prefer that you send us a 1-up postcard file and let us set it 4-up for printing. This way we can ensure that no part of your postcards will be cut off or too close to the margins when printed. (There is a one-time $15 set-up fee.)*
Custom Designed Postcards
Don't have the time or skills to design your own postcards? Let one of our in-house graphic designers create a striking, polished postcard for your business or organization. The more visually appealing your postcard, the more likely your customer will take action!
Our set-up/design fees start at just $15.* The additional time and knowledge put into your postcard design by one of our graphic designers can make all the difference in making a good first impression.

How to Order
When you have your postcard file ready, you can place an order online. Our online order form will allow you to upload your file(s) and specify the job details with just a few mouse clicks!
You can also email us to place your postcard order. You may attach your file and state any job specifications such as quantity, color or black and white printing, 1-sided or 2-sided, etc.
Most postcard printing jobs will be ready within 24 hours. (Please allow additional time if we are creating a custom design for you.)
