Let us create a professional looking letterhead for your business. Choose between our standard 60# or 70# standard white paper, or choose our 70# Hammermill white paper for a smoother, more professional look.

Whether your letterhead is one color or four colors (or more!), it will be the same low price:

For the smaller budget, print your letterhead on 20# white paper for only $0.20 per sheet.* Or print in class black and white for just $0.10 per sheet.*

Additional premium papers such as laid, linen, parchment, or fabric textures are available. Just ask about these if you are interested in a more sophisticated letterhead.

We can give you that professional look at just a fraction of what other companies charge for letterhead!

Letterhead File Formats

If you already have a letterhead design, we prefer to print from the original design file, preferably in PDF format. Other formats we accept include: .jpg, .tiff, .psd (Adobe Photoshop), .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .indd (Adobe InDesign), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, and Microsoft Powerpoint. Letterhead Resetting

If you do not have a digital file of your design, but only a hard copy (a previously printed letterhead sheet), it will require a bit more work for us to set it up for you. We suggest that you let us reset the text rather than scanning and printing from the hard copy letterhead you provide. This will give you a much higher quality final printed letterhead. Set-up for hard copy letterhead resetting usually runs only $15, which is a one-time fee for your first order.*

Custom Letterhead Design

Looking for a letterhead design customized with your company's colors and/or logo? Let one of our graphic designers create a custom letterhead design for you! A typical custom letterhead design is $15 - $30.*

Turn Around Time

We can print most letterhead orders within 24 hours! If you order a premium paper, such as laid or linen, please allow an additional 1-2 business days.

Large quantity letterhead orders or letterhead orders that require exact color matching may need additional turn around time. Please allow 3-5 business days for these orders.

How to Order

To place an order for letterhead, please email us your order and attach the design file to the email (if applicable).
