Envelopes
World Digital Imaging carries the most commonly used business and invitation envelopes. Let us help make your next job easier by supplying your blank envelopes or printing them for you. If you need an envelope for your next business or personal job, we can help you accomplish the task!
Our standard blank white or black and white printed envelopes start at just 10¢* per envelope. You can also have your envelopes printed in color or custom designed for a one time set-up fee of just $15.*
Envelope Sizes
Business Envelopes
If you need envelopes for a letter, invoice, marketing mailer or other business form, use the #10 regular or window envelope shown below:

Invitation & Announcement Envelopes
If you need envelopes for an invitation or announcement, consider an A2 or Baronial style envelope:
A2 Invitation/Social Envelope
Size = 4-3/8" x 5¾"
#5 ½ Baronial Envelope
Size = 4-3/8" x 5½"

Envelope Colors
We stock business and baronial envelopes in white, and A2 envelopes in both white and natural colors.
Other colors and specialty paper envelopes are available. Please ask us about these other options.
Envelope File Formats
If you already have an envelope design, we prefer to print from the original design file, preferably in PDF format. Other formats we accept include: .jpg, .tiff, .psd (Adobe Photoshop), .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .indd (Adobe InDesign), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, and Microsoft Powerpoint. If you have only the text to be printed on the envelope, we charge a $15 set-up fee.* This one-time fee will not be charged on future orders. You'll be ready to place reorders quickly and easily!
Envelope Resetting
If you do not have a digital file of your design, but only a hard copy (a previously printed envelope), it will require a bit more work for us to set it up for you. It's best for us to reset the text rather than scan the envelope you provide. This will give you a much higher quality final product. Set-up for hard copy envelope resetting usually runs only $15*, which is a one-time fee for your first order.
Custom Envelope Design
Looking for an envelope design customized with your company's colors and/or logo? Let one of our graphic designers create a custom envelope for you! A typical custom envelope design is usually $15.*
Turn Around Time
We regularly stock blank white envelopes in the above sizes. If you need up to 250 blank envelopes, we will usually have what you need in stock. Larger quantities of blank white envelopes can be obtained for you within 1-2 days.
For printed envelopes, we can print small quantities (under 50) of white envelopes, in black and white or color, in just 24 hours.
Other envelope printing orders will take about 5 business days. Please be sure to allow this extra time for envelope printing when preparing your order.
If you need colored or specialty envelopes, please allow 5-7 business days.
How to Order
To place an order for envelopes, please email us your order and attach the design file to the email (if applicable).
