Business Cards

World Digital Imaging offers high quality business cards at an outstanding price - starting at just $15 for 100!* Business cards can be printed either in basic black and white or full-color, single or double-sided, and with or without a bleed.

Whether you already have a design ready to be printed, or would like one of our graphic designers to design a custom business card for you, you'll be pleased with the results.

We print business cards on two standard paper stocks: 80# Matte white or natural cardstock or 100# Gloss white cardstock. The matte cardstock has a flat finish, while our glossy cardstock adds a bit of shine. Either option will give your business card design a polished, professional appearance.

Business Card Options

The options you choose for your business cards will determine the final pricing:

Black and White

Black and white business cards are a good option if you're on a budget, need only a small amount of information on your card, or just prefer this classic look. Our black and white business cards start at just $10 for 100* single-sided cards.

Color

For the most impact, we recommend going with full-color business cards. Full-color business cards give you the opportunity to present your message with colorful graphics, pictures, or even a photo of yourself (or product).

Unlike offset printers, we do not charge per color. So whether you business card is a single color or a full-color photographic design, you pay the same price. Color business cards start at just $15 for 100* single-sided cards.

Bleed

The second option that will affect the pricing and look of your business cards is whether or not the design has a bleed. A bleed design is printed so that one or more edges of the design run off the page. In order for the design to not have any white edge when we trim the cards, bleed designs require that the design is printed to extend about 1/8" beyond the card's edge. This means that we must print fewer cards per 8.5" x 11" page, and more cuts must be made when the cards are trimmed. Thus, full-bleed designs for business cards cost just slightly more, but the effect is well worth it.

Single or Double-Sided

Your third option is to choose whether you want single or double-sided business cards. Double-sided business cards are useful when you have a lot of information to include - such as additional email addresses, alternate phone numbers, or Twitter/Facebook information.

You can also print a mini calendar on the back, extend a special promotional offer, or print a useful reference that relates to your business. Any of these options will both ensure that your business card is memorable and give your client a reason to hold onto your business card.

Matte or Glossy Finish (Flat Printing)

Finally, you'll need to choose the paper finish you'd like. We offer either 80# Matte cardstock (white or natural) or 100# Glossy cardstock (white only). Most designs print well on either paper type, so your choice will depend on your preference for the look and feel of your business cards.

We can also print business cards on specialty colored or textured cardstocks. These papers will typically require an extra 1-2 days turnaround time, for us to special order the paper for you. Please stop in to see paper samples, or email us to inquire about a particular paper.

Thermography

You also have the option to get thermography cards, instead of flat printing. Thermography business cards have raised printing, which looks and feels like embossing.

Thermography business card pricing varies according to how many colors are in your business card design. Simple black and white designs start at just $40* for 500 business cards. Business Card File Formats

If you already have a business card design, we prefer to print from the original design file, preferably in PDF format. Other formats we accept include: .jpg, .tiff, .psd (Adobe Photoshop), .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .indd (Adobe InDesign), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, and Microsoft Powerpoint. Your business card design is mostly like set up as a single card in the file. We print business cards 10 per page (no bleed designs) or 8 per page (full bleed designs). So for your first order of business cards, we charge a $15 set-up fee. This one-time fee will not be charged on future orders. You'll be ready to place reorders quickly and easily!

Business Card Resetting

If you do not have a digital file of your design, but only a hard copy (such as the business card itself), it will require a bit more work for us to set it up for you. It's often best for us to scan the card to capture any graphics, then to reset the text. This will give you a much higher quality final product. Set-up for hard copy business cards runs $30 - $60*, which is a one-time fee for your first order.

Custom Business Card Design

How to Order
