General FAQ
Q: Are you just a copy shop?
A: No, we are much more than that! Although printing black and white copies and color copies are our specialties, we also offer large-format printing, custom graphic design services, print finishing services (i.e.—coil binding, hole punching, binder building, laminating, foamboard matting, etc...) and MORE! Please see our Products & Services page for a complete list of what we do!

Q: Are you open to the public?
A: We certainly are. Although we do a lot of our business with other businesses, schools, and non-profit organizations, we offer all of our services to the general public as well. Whether you need black and white copies for your household records, full color copies of photos for a scrapbook, printed materials for your small business, poster prints for a gift, or any other type of print/copy job, we've got you covered!

Q: Do you offer self-service copying?
A: At this time, we do not. Our employees are fully-trained in how to operate our copiers, and will be glad to complete your copy job for you.

Q: Can I just walk in with my order and wait for it to be printed?
A: We thank you for dropping off your materials or emailing us digital files in advance. Your job will be ready for pick-up within 24 hours.

Q: Where are you located and how do I get there?
A: We are located at 1138 Richfield Center in Beavercreek, Ohio. We are just minutes off of I-35:
Q: Can I tour your facility?
A: We love giving tours of our print "factory"! Beyond what you see at the front service counter, there are an office area and three production rooms full of digital copiers/printers and printing equipment. You'll be surprised by the size of our facilities beyond what's visible out front. Just stop in and ask any employee for a free tour.
We also offer tours to school groups, design/print students at the university level, or any other group that would be interested. Please call us at 937-431-1982 or email us to arrange a group tour.

Q: Do you offer any special discounts?
A: We feature a tiered pricing structure, with discounts given to non-profit organizations, schools & educational institutions, and resellers. Please ask us to find out if you may qualify for one of these discount groups. See our Pricing Structure page for more details.

Q: Do you give quantity discounts?
A: We always offer discounts for 1,000+ standard color copies on 20# paper. We also may be able to give you a discount for other large jobs on a case-by-case basis. Please ask us if you think your job may qualify.

Q: Do you have coupons?
A: We offer coupons and specials in our monthly email newsletter. To subscribe, please fill out our online Newsletter Subscription form.
