Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can place an order using our online order form (files can be uploaded with this form), by emailing us (files may be attached to your email), by calling us at 937-431-1982, or in person at our store.
Q: How long is your turn around time?
A: We offer an amazing 24-hour turn around time on standard copy jobs. See our standard copies page for information about our 24-hour guarantees for black and white copies and color copies.
Jobs that involve graphic design, set up, or binding require a longer turn around time (typically 2-5 days).
Once we receive your file to be printed and all required information to complete your job, an estimate of completion time can be given.
Q: Can I place an order if I'm not located in Ohio?
A: Absolutely! We are your online digital printing service! Whether you're located one state away from us, or halfway across the globe, we can ship your order right to your door.
Q: Do you have a minimum order?
A: Never! No order is too small for us to print for you. We provide printing and associated services for many small businesses and even printed products for your personal use. Orders of all sizes are welcome.
Q: Will you deliver my order?
A: At the current time, we can only deliver to schools or to businesses with which we have an established relationship. However, if you will be placing frequent or large orders, we may be able to accommodate you. Just ask us.
Q: Can you ship my order?
A: Yes! We ship all products anywhere in the world. Please call us to ask about pricing to have your order shipped: 937-431-1982.
