Our Pricing Structure

At World Digital Imaging, we strive to offer competitive pricing on all of our products. We offer high-quality work at lower prices than you'll find at the national chain stores. We will match prices with any of the national chain operations!

We break down our pricing structure into four levels: Wholesale, Non-Profit, Education, and Print/Trade (Resellers). Each pricing level will save you money!

Where Do You Qualify?

Here's an explanation of each of our pricing levels:

Wholesale Pricing

This is our base pricing level. Whether you own a small business or simply walk in to have a few copies made, you'll receive Wholesale pricing.

Our base wholesale pricing has been established by comparing our capabilities to the national chain copy centers. We have established a price structure that drives off of 8½" x 11" black and white copies on white, 20# paper. These are priced at 4¢ per side/per copy/per impression. This places our starting price at approximately 40% of the national chain price per copy.

All other prices per copy that you find in our price lists are only adjusted for the cost of paper that the customer selects.

All discussion on pricing will be compared to the national copy chains. Whether we discuss the national chains with very recognizable names or the national office supply chains that have a copy center located within, World Digital Imaging can always compare very favorably in price, due to our unique business model, which is based upon recycled copy and print equipment. You do not need to meet any qualifications to receive Wholesale pricing. World Digital Imaging is open to the public, and offers Wholesale pricing as our standard price list.

Non-Profit Pricing

As you see in all of our marketing, World Digital Imaging values our Non-Profit friends and customers. We want to show our thanks to these organizations by offering you reduced pricing!

We have established a Non-Profit pricing structure that is approximately 25% lower than our already low Wholesale prices.

To qualify for non-profit pricing, a customer must present a signed Tax Exempt certificate stating their 501c3 status, along with a Federal ID number or State Vendor number. We will be happy to offer and honor the Non-Profit discounts once this process is complete.

Please print, fill out, and submit to us our Non-Profit organization form. (Or you may stop in to fill out the form in store.)

Note: This form is the same as our Tax Exempt form for businesses. Simply put your organization's name on the line for "Vendor's Name" and your 501c3 number on the line for "Vendor's License Number".

The form may be printed and submitted directly to us in person, or you may fax the completed form to us at: 937-431-1985.

Education Pricing

We also highly value our schools and educational institution! We are a strong supporter of education. From the smallest private school to the largest public school district, to colleges and universities, we support education with our lowest price offering!

Our K-12/Education prices represent an additional discount below the Non-Profit pricing level. Education customers can count on an additional 12.5% discount, making this a whopping 37.5% less than our low Wholesale prices!

We also go so far as to extend this offer: there are additional discounts available—please do not hesitate to ask!

 

To qualify for Education pricing, just let us know when you place your order that it is for a school. There is no form you need to fill out for Education pricing.

Print/Trade (Reseller) Pricing

Our Trade Pricing is our lowest and very best. The fact that 60-70% of copy/print jobs in the printing industry are outsourced is the basis for this price level offering. We support resellers in several parts of the country.

We are always looking to form relationships with resellers and those in the print/trade industry. Let us do your printing for you, and we can save you time and money.

To qualify for our Print/Trade pricing, please fill out and submit to us our Tax Exempt form. Your business Vendor's License Number will be required.

We also offer additional High Volume discounts, whether it is a single large job, or you need high volume copies on a monthly basis. We will be very generous in our discounting for high volume jobs—just ask!
