World Digital Imaging is a locally owned business in Beavercreek, Ohio (a suburb of Dayton, Ohio). We first opened shop in 1997, in downtown Dayton. We moved our business to the Beavercreek area in 2006. We are now located at 1138 Richfield Center, just off of I-35:
Our business hours are as follows:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
Friday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
Sunday: CLOSED
Who We Are and What We Do
We are proud to operate our company on a unique business philosophy—office equipment recycling. Rather than acquiring expensive new copiers/digital printers, we recover used and off-lease machines. Thus, we have been a "green" company since the inception of our business a little over twelve years ago, as we continue to keep used equipment out of landfills.
As a matter of fact, our whole business model has always been based upon using recycled copiers/printers, allowing us to produce copies at unbelievable low prices.
We are copier people. From the beginning, our founder, who had spent many years in the copier business, knew that copier/printers had a whole lot of life left in them when they were traded in for a new model. The thought of using this equipment to assist organizations with their copy/print needs at a reasonable cost was the motivation to create this company.

At World Digital Imaging, we strive to offer the very best prices for copies and print services in the Miami Valley. Compare us to the competition, and you'll find our prices are very competitive! Black and white copies start at just 4¢ each, and color copies start at 25¢ each.
What's Your Cost Per Copy?
Most business haven't pinned down their actual "Cost per Copy". To calculate it, you need to realize that there are four components of "Cost per Copy":
- Equipment Cost
- Maintenance Cost
- Consumable Supply Cost
- Overhead Cost
World Digital Imaging keeps our "Cost per Copy" low for these four components:
1. Equipment Cost
First we acquire copier/printers by the truckload (literally!), at mere pennies on the dollar. Our experience and knowledge allows us to utilize over 80% of the equipment we acquire to be added to our production floor. The other 20% is cannibalized for usable parts.
2. Maintenance Cost
Second, and most importantly, we are self-sufficient. We have a technical staff with years of experience in the copier business. All of our factory staff is trained. We would be happy to provide additional information. World Digital Imaging prides itself on being self-sufficient for copier maintenance!
3. Consumable Supply Cost
Third, we acquire consumable supplies from all over the United States. We are listed on most of the excess consumable supply lists, along with the original equipment suppliers. We shop for the best prices.
4. Overhead Cost
Lastly, the cost of space is expensive. We are located in the middle of Beavercreek, Ohio, but have secured an economical location from which to operate.
World Digital Imaging has worked to position itself with an advantage in all areas of cost.
This plan allows us to pass back to our customers a substantial discount in pricing for our printing services—as well as keeping still perfectly good copier/printers out of our landfills.
Tiered Discount Plans
Our services are available to businesses (both large and small), schools, non-profit organizations, printers, and the public.
Not only do we have everyday low prices, we also offer tiered pricing discounts for education, non-profit, Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce members, and the trade. If you think you may qualify for one of these discount tiers, just ask us about receiving the discount!
We especially like to work with schools and non-profit groups, as we know that these groups are essential to the community and must work within tight budgets.
